DWT-II centrifugal roof fan adopts three-layer hood, and DWT-III centrifugal roof fan adopts no hood. According to the impeller diameter, DWT-II type has nine unit numbers of 300-1000mm, and the series air volume is 800~31000m3/ h. The total pressure is 120~1100pa. DWT-III type hasten machine numbers of 280-800mm, and the series air volume is 1000~40000m3/ h. The total pressure is 100~500pa.
The fan can be made into explosion-proof type according to different environmental requirements, which is applicable to non corrosive places containing inflammable and explosive gases. The anti-corrosion type can be applied to the environment containing corrosive gases.
In order to meet the performance adjustment needs of users under different working conditions, the fan can be equipped with two speed motor to realize two speed regulation, and can also be equipped with variable-frequency motor and variable-frequency controller to realize stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency at 25Hz~50Hz (indicated when ordering).

Application
A.The fan impeller is made of steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic. The steel impeller blade is pressed and blanking. After hydraulic forming, the impeller is welded and assembled as a whole, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic impeller is formed once. The impeller is calibrated by static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6.
B.The steel casing is formed by welding, and the FRP casing is formed in one time.
