The HTF type axial flow fire exhaust fan features a fundamental axial flow design and utilizes a high-temperature resistant electric motor. This unit is equipped with a specialized motor cooling system. The fan is capable of operating continuously for over 60 minutes at a medium temperature of 300℃, making it suitable for both ventilation and smoke extraction.
Design
The fan is composed of a housing, an impeller, and a motor. The robust metal housing, featuring rolled flanges, ensures exceptional rigidity and minimal gaps between the housing and the blades. An inspection hatch is incorporated into the housing to facilitate convenient maintenance.
All components of the housing are powder-coated to enhance protection against environmental factors. The weight of the fans may vary from the specifications listed in the catalog, depending on the components utilized (such as the motor and terminal box).
Product Classification
- Based on installation type, the fan is available in horizontal and roof configurations (W type).
- In terms of air volume and pressure, the atmospheric type is categorized into Type I and Type II (double speed), while the medium pressure type (with an inclined flow impeller) includes Type III and Type IV (double speed). The low pressure type is classified as Type D1 and Type D2.
- Regarding speed regulation, the fan can be categorized into single speed, double speed, and variable frequency options. The variable frequency motor and controller allow for stepless speed adjustment to accommodate various working conditions, with a recommended frequency lock between 25Hz and 50Hz.
-To meet the noise requirements of different environments, the fan can be fitted with mufflers of varying lengths and can also be designed in a covered configuration.
