Our Stainless Water Tank Advantage

● The water tank, constructed from stainless steel, is created by assembling and welding unit rectangular concave-convex plates that are shaped through hydraulic stretching using a forming mold.

● This tank exhibits properties such as corrosion resistance, crack resistance, aesthetic appeal, and long-lasting durability.

● The selected plate material is high-quality food-grade stainless steel, available in three specifications: 1000x1000mm, 1000x500mm, and 500x500mm.

● The design incorporates a reinforced internal structure, with the tank body assembled from plates through argon arc welding. The cross joints where the plates connect feature dual-directional reinforcing tie rods.

●  Vertical reinforcing columns are strategically placed between the side plates and the bottom plate, with each layer of side plates supported by columns on all four sides.

● All components are made from SUS304-2B stainless steel and include standard inlets, outlets, overflow, and drainage systems.
